The role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Plan, manage, and execute\u00a0project timelines and deliverables\u00a0for Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service implementations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Lead\u00a0Agile ceremonies\u00a0including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews to ensure team alignment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Manage\u00a0project scope, budget, and resources, proactively identifying and addressing variances<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Track\u00a0project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Remove\u00a0team blockers\u00a0and facilitate issue resolution across functional and technical teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Maintain\u00a0project documentation, status reports, and governance artifacts\u00a0for internal and client visibility<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Drive\u00a0stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Coordinate\u00a0cross-functional teams\u00a0including business, functional, technical, and QA teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Support\u00a0post-go-live activities, including hypercare coordination with operations teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Capture\u00a0lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Required Qualifications<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>8+ years of experience in\u00a0IT project\/program management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>8+ years Proven experience delivering\u00a0Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and\/or Field Service projects<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>8+ years Strong expertise in\u00a0project planning, execution, and governance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>8+ years Experience managing\u00a0scope, budget, resources, and risks<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>8+ years Hands-on experience with\u00a0Agile and Waterfall methodologies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>8+ years Experience with tools such as\u00a0Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or similar<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span>Preferred Qualifications<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Experience managing\u00a0large-scale enterprise implementations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Exposure to\u00a0Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Domain experience in\u00a0Utilities, Manufacturing, Telecom, or similar industries<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span>Soft Skills<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Excellent\u00a0communication and stakeholder management skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Ability to collaborate effectively with\u00a0technical and business teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong decision-making skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Team-oriented approach with focus on delivery excellence and knowledge sharing<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span>#LI-NorthAmerica<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span><span><strong>About NTT DATA<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span>NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
