{"id":195,"date":"2025-01-10T15:05:12","date_gmt":"2025-01-10T15:05:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tradefinder.help\/?p=195"},"modified":"2025-01-10T15:05:12","modified_gmt":"2025-01-10T15:05:12","slug":"social-media-associate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tradefinder.help\/?p=195","title":{"rendered":"Social Media Associate"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>About the role and why its unique:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the planning and execution of postings across social platforms (Twitter, TikTok, Instagram) on a daily basis (weekends included)<\/li>\n<li>Develop new ideas that drive engagement and follower growth across all Underdog platforms and accounts<\/li>\n<li>Write on-brand copy for social posts and promotional giveaways<\/li>\n<li>Creatively package and post content from the Underdog Content Network across all our platforms and accounts<\/li>\n<li>Provide live coverage of games and events across Underdog\u00e2\u0080\u0099s social handles, including on nights and weekends<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, CRM, and content, to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing efforts<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the marketing team, to implement strategies that align with the company&#8217;s overall marketing objectives and deliver impactful results<\/li>\n<li>Monitor metrics regularly, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) like social post engagement performance by type of post and time of posting<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Who you are:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in managing social accounts across different platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok)<\/li>\n<li>Interested and invested in all sports, across all seasons<\/li>\n<li>Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging copy<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<li>Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Even better if you have:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience working in the sports media industry<\/li>\n<li>A very flexible schedule that allows for working weekends<\/li>\n<li>Created content on any social media platform in the past<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><br \/>Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $72,000 and $80,000, plus target equity.
