You&#8217;ll partner with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to create impactful presentations for client meetings, conferences, executive speaking engagements, sales enablement initiatives, and major industry events.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in PowerPoint and Google Slides, exceptional typography and layout skills, experience developing scalable presentation templates, and a portfolio showcasing polished, visually compelling presentation work.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Portfolio Required to Move Forward in Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop high-impact presentations for sales enablement, executive communications, conferences, webinars, client meetings, and marketing initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Transform complex concepts, data, research, and marketing strategies into engaging visual narratives<\/li>\n<li>Partner with sales and marketing stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all materials<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain presentation templates, visual systems, icon libraries, and reusable design assets<\/li>\n<li>Provide creative direction, feedback, and quality review for freelance presentation designers<\/li>\n<li>Support high-priority executive presentations and keynote-level event materials<\/li>\n<li>Ensure presentations reflect strong visual hierarchy, storytelling principles, and best-in-class design standards<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate across marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to deliver projects under tight timelines<\/li>\n<li>Support occasional design projects including infographics, marketing collateral, and branded communications<\/li>\n<li>Stay current on presentation design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and emerging design tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced expertise with PowerPoint and Google Slides<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)<\/li>\n<li>Experience working within agency, media, technology, advertising, or highly collaborative cross-functional environments<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience creating scalable presentation templates and design systems<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, visual hierarchy, and storytelling<\/li>\n<li>Experience translating complex business concepts into clear and compelling visual communications<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting executive communications, keynote presentations, TED-style talks, or large-scale conference presentations<\/li>\n<li>Experience overseeing freelancers or external creative partners<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Figma<\/li>\n<li>Background supporting B2B marketing, advertising, media, or technology organizations<\/li>\n<li>Experience within digital media, podcasting, streaming, or advertising industries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>If interested in learning more, please apply!<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Location: Fully Remote Duration: 6-Month Contract with Potential Extension Schedule: Monday\u00e2\u0080\u0093Friday | Standard Business Hours About the Opportunity This role is ideal for a highly creative presentation design professional who thrives at the intersection of visual storytelling, executive communications, and brand marketing.
