Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

DigiHyre is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support business development and operational teams by accurately entering, reviewing, and maintaining data across internal systems. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the United States.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Accurately enter and update business and client-related data<\/p>\n

2. Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency<\/p>\n

3. Verify source documents and resolve discrepancies<\/p>\n

4. Maintain organized digital records and documentation<\/p>\n

5. Prepare basic reports for internal teams<\/p>\n

6. Follow data handling, quality, and confidentiality standards<\/p>\n

7. Meet defined productivity and accuracy benchmarks<\/p>\n

Required Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. High school diploma or equivalent<\/p>\n

2. Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred<\/p>\n

3. Strong typing skills with high accuracy<\/p>\n

4. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and standard office tools<\/p>\n

5. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills<\/p>\n

6. Ability to work independently in a remote environment<\/p>\n

Preferred Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Experience with CRM or database systems<\/p>\n

2. Familiarity with Google Workspace<\/p>\n

3. Exposure to business development, sales, or operations data<\/p>\n
