Based in Byron Bay, we have big growth plans for 2026 and are building a warm, collaborative remote team where your contributions truly matter.<\/p>\n<p>The Role<\/p>\n<p>We\u00e2\u0080\u0099re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to support our customers across email , chat, and social channels. You\u00e2\u0080\u0099ll help solve issues, process orders and returns, and ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.<\/p>\n<p>What You\u00e2\u0080\u0099ll Do<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally via Gorgias<\/li>\n<li>Process returns, refunds, and order amendments in Shopify\/Loop<\/li>\n<li>Escalate issues when needed and keep clear ticket notes<\/li>\n<li>Participate in team training, QA, and meetings<\/li>\n<li>Meet daily productivity and quality standards\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What We\u00e2\u0080\u0099re Looking For<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u00e2\u0080\u00933 years eCommerce customer service experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong written English and professional communication<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, Loop (or similar)<\/li>\n<li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and great at time management\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bonus Points<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Experience with multi-channel support or returns platforms<\/p>\n<p>Hours \/ Location<\/p>\n<p>Full-time (5 days\/week) including occasional weekends, Sydney hours (AEST).
