This persons 24\/7 support service projects for clients\u00e2\u0080\u0099 mobile and online banking solutions. In this position, you will work directly with our clients, support end-users with technical questions about our products, and work with a technical team remotely. This is an entry-level position, and you will work with a small team. In this position, you will work under a team manager in coordination with other departments at our company, and you will work directly with end-users through the live-chat.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>We\u00e2\u0080\u0099re looking for a smart and creative go-getter with a good technical understanding who loves to work independently while still enjoying a supportive and collaborative environment.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>Working hours:<\/b> 2 shift schedule: 9 pm &#8211; 9 am CST \/ 9 am &#8211; 9 pm CST &#8211; rotation schedule;\u00a05 days shift (Mon &#8211; Fri): 11 am &#8211; 7 pm EST.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>Primary Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding our banking software and apps in-depth<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with software technicians, technical support, and developers as needed<\/li>\n<li>Examining technical logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during 24\/7 clients support project<\/li>\n<li>Handling technical processes and the ability to explain such processes to less-technical people<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and spoken English<\/li>\n<li>Ability to establish good working relationship with customers<\/li>\n<li>Solid troubleshooting ability<\/li>\n<li>Ability to learn technical skills quickly<\/li>\n<li>In-depth learning and understanding of our mobile and online banking products<\/li>\n<li>Coordination with developers to investigate and diagnose issues<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage a dynamic work load with many concurrent tasks<\/li>\n<li>Managing, monitoring, and improving the quality of the tech support process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>As Plus<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in banking live-chat would be a huge asset<\/li>\n<li>Experience in technical support<\/li>\n<li>Experience with a Dialogflow <\/li>\n<li>Experience with various mobile phone platforms, especially iOS and Android<\/li>\n<li>Project management experience<\/li>\n<li>Working directly with US-based customer<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of US banking system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>Our Benefits<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fully remote work<\/li>\n<li>Long-term employment<\/li>\n<li>Competitive salary\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Community of practice, regular knowledge sharing among colleagues<\/li>\n<li>Internet compensation (50$ per month)<\/li>\n<li>Friendly and easy-going international team and colleagues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>n<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Industry leader in mobile and online banking technology seeks\u00a0Technical Support Specialists\u00a0with a great attitude.
