This role involves hands-on technical work, coordination with internal teams and contractors, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<strong>Core Responsibilities<br \/><\/strong>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Perform inspections, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility systems and equipment\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate activities with internal teams and external vendors\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Operate and maintain utility systems, including steam boilers and clean steam generators\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Troubleshoot systems such as HVAC\/R, electrical, plumbing, chilled water, RO systems, and fire alarms\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable safety and regulatory standards\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Support facility operations including landscaping, waste management, and janitorial coordination\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Provide training support and maintain tools\/equipment per safety and 5S standards\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance needs\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Assist with facility expansion or construction-related inputs\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<strong>Required Qualifications<br \/><\/strong>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0High School Diploma or Trade Certification with 5\u20136 years of experience, OR\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Associate degree with 4+ years of related experience\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills across facility systems\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Experience with maintenance management software\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Proficiency in Microsoft Office\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<strong>Additional Requirements<br \/><\/strong>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Willingness to work on-site, including overtime or shifts as needed\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ability to work in physically demanding environments (heights, confined spaces, lifting up to 50 lbs)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Valid driver\u2019s license and ability to obtain required certifications\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>This is a remote position.<\/p>\n<div class=\"job-compensation\">\n          Compensation: $59,000.00 &#8211; $75,000.00 per year\n        <\/div>\n<p> <\/p>\n<div class=\"account_description\">\n<h1>About Us<\/h1>\n<div><strong>AHU Technologies INC. <\/strong>is an IT consulting and permanent staffing firm that meets and exceeds the evolving IT service needs of leading corporations within the United States.
