We are looking for a passionate\u00a0Service Designer<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0Product Designer<\/strong>\u00a0with a strong focus on\u00a0Customer Experience (CX)<\/strong>\u00a0who can seize opportunities for enhancing user experience and business efficacy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and implement services that drive customer satisfaction and business success.<\/span><\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Your key responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n- Conduct user research to uncover needs and pain points.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Map processes and identify improvement opportunities.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Create service blueprints, journey maps, and personas.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Co-create concepts and solutions with stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Prototype and test designs for feasibility and impact.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Facilitate workshops and collaborative design sessions.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Monitor service performance and gather feedback.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Define success metrics and track progress.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
To qualify for the role, you must have<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n- Bachelor\u2019s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.<\/span><\/li>\n
- 3+ years of proven experience in Service Design, Customer Experience design, or Product Design<\/span><\/li>\n
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Miro, Mural, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and ability to prototype and prepare visuals.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Strong portfolio showcasing your successful service design implementation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Ideally, you\u2019ll also have<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German or French).<\/span><\/li>\n
- Knowledge of User Research, Usability Testing, and Analytics.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Knowledge of product management and customer experience<\/span><\/li>\n
- Experience in working with prototyping tools and graphical software.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
