{"id":1333,"date":"2026-06-11T02:27:42","date_gmt":"2026-06-11T02:27:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tradefinder.help\/?p=1333"},"modified":"2026-06-11T02:27:42","modified_gmt":"2026-06-11T02:27:42","slug":"assemble-lead-product-designer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tradefinder.help\/?p=1333","title":{"rendered":"Assemble: Lead Product Designer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n  <strong>Headquarters:<\/strong> United States\n<\/p>\n<h2>About Assemble<\/h2>\n<p>Assemble is the AI platform for healthcare\u2019s leadership; helping automate administrative work, streamline workflows, and improve team collaboration to enhance patient care. <\/p>\n<p>We work closely with nursing and operations leaders to modernize how healthcare teams coordinate work, make decisions, and support each other.<\/p>\n\n<h2>The role<\/h2>\n<p>We\u2019re hiring our first full-time Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience of the Assemble web app and future companion mobile app.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be the design backbone of the team: setting the bar for product quality, building our design system from the ground up, and partnering closely with product and engineering to ship fast in a high-ambiguity environment.<\/p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who is excited to go deep on productivity workflows, loves turning messy problems into simple, elegant interfaces, and is motivated by improving the day-to-day of leaders working in healthcare.<\/p>\n\n<h2>What you\u2019ll do<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Own the product experience across our full web surface and future mobile app \u2013 from discovery to shipped product.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Design end-to-end flows for complex productivity workflows (task management, collaboration, automation, analytics, etc.).  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Create and evolve Assemble\u2019s design system to enable us to ship with high velocity and quality.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Prototype with modern AI tools like Cursor &amp; Bolt to explore interactions, flows, and lightweight coded prototypes.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Partner tightly with product &amp; engineering to define problems, shape specs, and iterate quickly based on real usage.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Run lean discovery \u2013 user interviews, lightweight usability tests, and rapid experiments to validate ideas.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Champion craft &amp; UX quality while still shipping quickly in a startup environment.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Lay the foundations for a future design team, including processes, rituals, and documentation that others can build on.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What we\u2019re looking for<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Deeply mission-driven and excited by the idea of making healthcare work better for the people who run it.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experienced product designer (typically 5\u20138+ years) with a strong portfolio of impactful work in productivity software.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Demonstrated ability to simplify complex, multi-step workflows into intuitive, delightful experiences.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience building or contributing to a design system (Figma libraries, tokens, component standards, usage guidelines).   <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Comfortable working from problem definition to polished UI \u2013 strategy, IA, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Hands-on experience using modern AI tooling (e.g. Cursor, Bolt, or similar) to speed up exploration, prototyping, or implementation.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Comfortable working quickly in high ambiguity: you\u2019re comfortable with vague problem spaces, shifting priorities, and 0\u21921 product work.
