\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\nHow you\u2019ll contribute: <\/strong><\/p>\nThis position will be a key member of the Annuity Modeling team. The Annuity Modeling team is responsible for developing and testing Prophet models for new and current annuity products.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
This position will be responsible for Prophet modeling and development for the FA\/FIA Prophet model. There will also be opportunities to work on projects that affect the department more broadly, such as Prophet Enterprise usage and Assumptions Management.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
In this role, you\u2019ll get to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- This role may have the opportunity to manage other students as an introduction to management<\/li>\n
- This role will be responsible for the projects and timelines for the FA & FIA Prophet model. Involvement encompasses creating and building, updating, enhancing, running, and validating the model.<\/li>\n
- Analysis of model results, including: reconciliation and attribution of changes, communication of results to management, and detailed documentation<\/li>\n
- Implement and test new software releases, library updates, new products, new regulatory requirements, and shared table changes in the Prophet environment<\/li>\n
- Optimize models to follow coding standards and improve performance<\/li>\n
- Evaluate new features and modeling approaches for use in our models<\/li>\n
- Stage model inputs using Data Conversion Systems (DCS) and Assumption Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

We\u2019re looking for people who have:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- ASA or near ASA preferred but not required\u00a0<\/li>\n
- Currently pursuing an ASA or FSA designation with the Society of Actuaries<\/li>\n
- Strong computing and programming skills<\/li>\n
- Strong actuarial and financial skills<\/li>\n
- Strong communication skills<\/li>\n
- Can adjust work resources and deadlines in response to changing business priorities\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

What you\u2019ll receive:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Compensation \u2013\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Base salary ranging from $100,000 – $125,000 plus competitive performance-based incentives determined by company and individual results.<\/li>\n
