Our agency partners with a number of vendors such as Vercel, Sanity, Storyblok, Contentful, and we help our clients building modern and performant marketing platforms based on headless CMS and ecommerce storefronts. It is not a traditional outsourcing company, therefore we expect each engineer to integrate well into clients product delivery and design process, driving key decision-making.<\/p>\n

Job Description<\/div>\n

In this role you will work partly partly on clients\u2019 outsourcing projects from FocusReactive side https:\/\/focusreactive.com\/ and\u00a0on GitNation.com product\u00a0https:\/\/gitnation.org\/<\/u>\u00a0and
\nYour role will involve managing resources, coordinating with managers, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met on time, within scope and budget.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/div>\n

\u00a0YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Development comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments;<\/p>\n

– Monitoring project progress and identify potential risks or issues;<\/p>\n

– Managing client expectations and resolve any issues or concerns promptly;<\/p>\n

– Managing changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.<\/p>\n

– Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.<\/p>\n

– Reporting and escalating issues to management as needed.<\/p>\n

– Performing risk management to minimize project risks.<\/p>\n

– Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.<\/p>\n

– Fostering strong relationships with clients and managers.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Have 4+ years of\u00a0 proven experience in project or delivery management;
\n– Have experience both in outsource and product (mainly EdTech) project management;\u00a0
\n– Proficient in project management tools;
\n– Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
\n– Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively;
\n– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level or higher);
\n– Technical background is a huge plus.<\/p>\n
