We are currently seeking an experienced <strong> Mortgage Processor<\/strong> to join our growing team.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential mortgage processing and be comfortable managing loan files from application through closing while working closely with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, escrow, and title companies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process residential mortgage loans from application to funding<\/li>\n<li>Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Collect and analyze borrower income, asset, credit, and property documentation<\/li>\n<li>Request and obtain missing documents and conditions from borrowers<\/li>\n<li>Submit complete loan packages to underwriting<\/li>\n<li>Review underwriting conditions and coordinate condition clearing<\/li>\n<li>Communicate regularly with borrowers, loan officers, escrow, title, and other third parties<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and organized loan files<\/li>\n<li>Monitor loan pipeline and ensure files move efficiently toward closing<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company, investor, and regulatory guidelines\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of Residential Mortgage Processing experience<\/li>\n<li>Ability to calculate and review income documentation<\/li>\n<li>Experience reviewing tax returns, pay stubs, W-2s, bank statements, and credit reports<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of mortgage processing workflows and underwriting requirements<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Experience with mortgage LOS and CRM systems<\/li>\n<li>Availability to work during PST business hours\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience processing high-volume residential loan pipelines<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Encompass experience is a plus\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u009c\u0085 Fully remote position<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u009c\u0085 Competitive compensation<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u009c\u0085 Consistent loan volume<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u009c\u0085 Long-term career opportunity<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u009c\u0085 Supportive and collaborative team environment<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u009c\u0085 Opportunity for professional growth<\/p>\n<p>If you are an experienced Residential Mortgage Processor looking to join a stable and growing mortgage company, we would love to hear from you!<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LBC Mortgage \u00f0\u009f\u0093\u008d Remote (PST Time Zone) \u00f0\u009f\u0095\u0098 Full-Time LBC Mortgage is a well-established mortgage company with over 20 years of industry experience.
