\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Partner with HR and management to provide expert guidance on employee disputes and concerns.<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Proactively identify and address employee relations trends to prevent potential issues.<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns and conflicts in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Maintain detailed and accurate records of investigations and HR-related documentation.<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Foster strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to enhance HR program effectiveness.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
What You’ll Need<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Bachelor’s degree.<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Experience within a manufacturing, high-velocity warehouse, or sales operations environment.<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.<\/p>\n
